Dead head

    You should be paid something deadhead. It's driving for the company's benefit, a form of working that will get you loaded to make the money. It's payable.

    Any time a company fails to pay you withholding, document the problem and visit your Human Resources when you are able with the trip number, dispatch information sending you to dead head A to B to get loaded and so on and ask for the pay miles money please.

    If they wont pay you you have a problem.

    For me it's point B to home no pay, Under disptch.
    And from Home to point A no pay under dispatch both are deadhead.
    200 miles home, or from home to pick sometimes.

    I just saw this today. It says on duty travel time is to be paid. Not sure if it relates to truckers.
