I disagree with you on that one, most companies might be like that but there is always exceptions to the rules.
Smaller outfit who operates into special niche tend to be different, anyway if i was a team that's where i would look for decent jobs.
As a rules of thumb i try to avoid general freight, the dough and better treatments is into specialized stuff.
