Anyone know which def heater lines are which on international? I got a def heater line 2 code and I did the plug and unplug method to see which one would stay and which two would clear. The inlet line is what it points to but I figured I would ask to make sure

Cummins set up is #1 = pressure , #2 =suction and #3 is return.

So I would say you are correct. Should be from tank to pump inlet.
