    Hi y'all
    My 2010 Detroit 14L gave me a code for EGR valve circuit failed low? Cannot find much information on this. What can the issue be? The valve itself or wiring? Where to start

    I would start with wiring. In plug it and follow it around to the MCM. If you don’t find any rubbed spots look for heavily lubed area’s. Remove the loom and Check out the wiring in those places. If you can find the FMI / Fail # Google :SPN 27 FMI # (the fail number) and find a web sight that starts with dtna. That’ll be the Detroit trouble shooting. It should have all the information you need to confirm or condemn the EGR actuator.
