anybody out there have any dealings with diesel control service in Pittsburgh pa, just ran across their advertisement in the moving out paper, the web site is dieselcontrolservice.com. I'm not really in the market for an ecm tune ( already got a Pittsburgh power tune) just kind of curious about them

Yup. Fernando is the guys name. An absolute wizard with Detroit ECMs .
Give him a call. Very knowledgeable guy who will not steer you wrong.
I'm running his tune in my 14L ddec4
He actually used to work with Bruce mathison at pitts power. Did all there tuning. They parted ways. Now he has DCSspsauerland and mp4694330 Thank this. -
That's good to hear, like I posted earlier I've got a Pittsburgh power tune running now but it's always good to know of more options. Just curious do u have a straight up tune or that 3 stage option deal

Nothing too crazy. Had it on the rollers at the local detroit shop here in town for something to do. 648RWHP at 48psi boost. That's about 770 crank HP with the drivetrain loss. Burns clean and never gets hot.spsauerland Thanks this. -
swaan Thanks this.

you guys have sparked my interest now , had my truck at pittsburg power back in april, they found intake manifold leaking, repaired it dynode at 450 rwhp about 1350 ft pounds of torq, they put their tune in 515rwhp about 1650 ft pounds of torq. . Truck runs strong but I keep a close eye on egt around 1000 deg which I think is kind of on the hot side, my old truck with same turbo ( borg warner non wastgated) didn't run quite as hot so I'm thinking maybe the tune.
This is on a 2012 fitzgerald built 12.7 ( yeah I know all the horror stories )
