Difference Between Legit Complaints and Complainers

I'm sincerely seeking information. I have 8 years experience before 2007. I am returning to driving. I need work. My wife is also completing a nine week CDL course with me so we can work together. We need to work. We get approved by a company. Then I do a little research and find some kind of complaint online about the company. I don't want to keep walking if the bridge is out but my God, are all the companies bad? I'm not looking for the perfect job, or to be home every weekend, or tens of thousands of dollars a week, or nine-to-five hours, or the latest equipment, gizmos, and gadgets,...I just need to make a living and pay my bills. How do you tell the difference between legitimate complaints and complainers on these sites?

I can pull most all but my specialty was dry van, tanker, and long dump. I'm not shy about work and neither is she. We've been through lay-offs. Just had to short sell our home due to it's locale and our emergency. We had saved for a rainy day. But it just kept raining. Work is the word for the day. Need work. Seems that the good Lord may be answering prayers. was in touch with a company this weekend and it seems their good reputation precedes them so we probably have found our home.

In spite of my experience prior to 07 (I went into transportation, safety, and driver training). My wife is a multiple laid-off payroll specialist and industrial and forestry office manager, and compliance manager. Her jobs were outsourced. She is also completing the CDL course, is doing well, and will graduate next week. We want to work together. Any companies who will allow me to serve as her trainer or that will train us together? I have massive safety accomplishments. Any suggestions? Again, thanks
