The key line here is... "they got me into training I pass and the trainer said some lies well what ever the case may be".
Betcha there's a ton of info missing behind the "whatever"...

Patty, I hope it is OK to call you that!
I saw somewhere that you asked "What is it that is so intriguing about truck driving!" When you were playing Momma and dress up or with Barbie and her friends we all were driving out trucks, I have ALWAYS had a desire to drive a truck, I remember when I was about 11-12 years old, there was a truck that stopped in my neighborhood, and me and my friends waited and waited to go and check out the inside of the truck! We finally waited for the driver and he showed up and let us crawl all over the truck inside outside, everywhere, I told the driver, I want to rive a truck some day! And I got my chance to go and do it and I'm doing it! I had a 27 year career where I did everything that was feasibly possible! Management from the low man on the pole up to owning my own business doing exactly that, And then I sold the business spent several years figuring out what I wanted to do and here I am, I also like the roar of the engines and the sight of seeing a 80000 pounds going down the road, and then being able to stop it on a regular basis! I like the chrome and thumping of tires, doing to Pre trip and knowing that I am going to be sleeping in another location tonight. Just a few of the reasons Trucking Intrigues me!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!That's quite a list of reasons.Alot of kids out there wanna do this when they grow up.I can tell when they give me the signal to blow my fog horn,lo..You cant help it but to do it seeing all their smiling faces. When I first got a look at what the inside of a trk looks like I was hesitant, thought its too big how am I going to ever learn to steer one of these. But here it is 10 yrs later and to me its just another vehicle only alittle larger, lol. What kind of busness did you own?

That's what happened honest it sounds weird and it was but I didn't know they where capable of ###**ng up my career like that the guy that was training me after the incident he was there to fail me why because he said some lies we didn't click he didn't speak English very well and had some stupid lies when I told my fm manager that what he said where lies and exaggeration he said I could disputed a week later when I called they told me I couldn't disputed anymore because the limit was 3 days after the incident not a week later I wish you could be able to pay for course you know like when drivers get dui they get them into school and sometimes even give them a second chance but it seems no one wants to give me one(you know when you where in grammar school there was always a teachers pet well the guy that trained me look like one of those.

Well he said I miss a stop sing. (This is what happened) It was on the rail yards you know when before outgating you put the trailer and driver info in the rail yards computer (I forgot what are they called lol) they have a stop sign before to wait for your turn and may proceed when is clear ? Well I down shift and slow down nobody was infront of me and I went straight ahead so when the training was done and it was time for me to hear the bad news my fm manager said we had to part ways due to safety I ask why he gave the results of me training he said I miss a stop sing and that i didn't scan my mirrors often which I did scan my mirrors and I told them what kind of stop it was he said I could disputed in a week which it was a lie because when I called they said the limit was over I was supposed to call 3 days after. Transport America said 4 months atleast but who's gonna hired me tho ? I am working but as a temp now none related with trucking when I go to transport America they gonna say that I didn't work in a trucking for for that period of time so what to do in the mean time ? I just wish we get a chance like people that get a dui they give them a second chance people with bad record get a second chance but not me ? Dui drivers also get a chance with school to help them get back on the wheel I'm willing to pay and go back to school but there's no such thing and thanks for replying pattyj.
luvtotruck Thanks this. -
A DUI holds a CDL driver back a minimum of 3 to 5 years then they might get their second chance.
With two incidents you're not going to get a second chance for awhile. Even if a company doesn't use DAC your termination will be confirmed when CRST and J B Hunt are contacted.
You'll need to own up to 'whatever' and as soon as you do your emotional pain, anger, and embarrassment will ease.
Hang out here at TTR, you don't have to leave but if you do leave I sincerely wish you the best of luck.G21 and luvtotruck Thank this. -

Missing a stop sign is a no no regardless if its only at the outgate of a rail yard , a STOP SIGN is a STOP SIGN , and in a railyard or port it can be just as DEADLY rolling through 1 as out on the road.
What happened that you left WERNER ? -
Did you drop a trailer or not?
