    haven't you all heard. if your invovled in an accident. your to blame regardless if your to blame or not.

    if your involved in an accident. that means your more likely to be involved in an accident iin the future. according to fmcsa.

    don't know how or where it shows if no citation was issued.

    i feel sorry for that jb hunt driver that was driving under a bridge that collapsed on him. fmcsa has him taking the blame for involving his truck in an accident.

    A bunch of states do this and its a bs practice. If you're "involved" in an accident, it will show up. But at the bottom of the MVR, it says, "listing of accident does not indicate fault".

    Tennessee does this and so does Colorado.

    I had 2 (one from 2010 and one from 2013), neither that I was at fault for listed on my MVR and kept me from getting a job at the Post Office in 2013 as a mail carrier, despite sending in a copy of both accident reports that showed the other drivers were at fault!

    So basically, you're being considered guilty for something you were never even convicted of.
