DOFASCO IN HAMILTON

Need some feedback from the regulars there. I went to get a load last Sat going to the US. The printer and the terminal failed when I checked in. I had to check in three times! The location in the warehouse was wrong. The printer on the way out didn’t work! Do you guys run into this kinds of problems all the time or was it just a bad day?

That was not the end of my ordeal with their load:
Later that day........ Customs papers had a wrong buyer on them.... Unable to clear the Customs, I sat until Monday waiting for Dofasco to correct errors.!!!
One thing for sure: NOT LOADING THERE ON THE WEEKEND EVER, PERIOD.
