I am a current driver for Dolphin Line. It's a great company to work for if you aren't lazy. We had drivers only wanting to turn 1200-1500 miles a week and then go home for three days at a time. They raised pay hoping to get some more miles out of them, but they seem to still be lazy. I run an average of 2800 miles a week. Our trucks run 70mph. We have a van and reefer fleet. Vans go home weekly, reefers do not because they go to Seattle and such. Reefer fleet HAS to have hazmat and tanker. Pay is good along with benefits. Our operations manager is about as experienced as one can get. She's done it all except drive(which is understandable). Our company president and the safety director are both former drivers.
