A forklift operator was loading something into my pick-up. He worked for another company and it was their forklift. He parked the forklift and went to my truck. He did not realize that his parking brake did not work on the forklift, it rolled and pinned him to my pick-up.
I jumped into it and stepped on brake, he slowly wiggled out. It was 100% his/his company's fault, but I was really freaked out. Fortunately, it did not roll fast and the incline was moderate, so the force was not deadly.
Don't be this guy!
