I'm trying to find the correct DOT form that needs to be filled out by the audiologist for a hearing test.
All that I can find is one for a school bus, and if that's what it is I'll use it but I thought there was something just for regular drivers.
Also I was wondering if anyone has gone through the hearing exemption. I was wondering how long of a difficult process that is.
