Had 2 troopers pull me over give me level 3’s within last 6 months. Both noted speed 6-10 over as a “violation” no ticket or citation. What’s my worry or concern. Cdl suspension? 60 days? Just points? Already
Been let go by my carrier. Looking for a new seat. Any info is appreciated thanks

should just reflect on your pvp or csa score, if no official ticket was issued you shouldn't have to worry about suspension. Might be hard to find a new decent job though. Good luck

To save a lot of debate and to save some bandwidth with the resident knowitall I will just say this. On the North American Inspection report, they DO NOT issue warnings. These are violations listed and this information is reported to the FMCSA and goes to the CSA data. As long as you were NOT issued a state citation you should be OK. DOT cops are known for issuing these inspection reports but not making a state case.

Your PSP record and the carrier's CSA scores are affected but not your state driving record. However, smart carriers check your PSP as part of the hiring process. If you have a bunch of crap in there then you might not get the job or they won't offer you the best pay. Try not to break traffic laws like speeding, following too closely, travelling in restricted lanes etc etc so the bears will back off of you.

I can't disagree. To be honest I'm surprised the OP did not get state citations. Far too many drivers don't give that CDL the respect it deserves.

Sounds like those officers both already cut him a break. Hopefully, he'll realize that and take his job a little more seriously before it's too late.

If I stopped a truck I dealt with the violations only we were not trained on inspections. If it was a wreck we called DOT to handle that stuff.

The DOT officers probably didn’t want to deal with too much paperwork afterwards.
OP,remember that even warnings can affect your driving record. Even though you were let go by your now former employer they have to eat those points associated with the speeding violations,as they carry time & severity weight. And it can affect future job prospects. You have to slow it down.
