I wouldn't do that. If the DPF is full of soot it needs to be either cleaned or replaced.

Just FYI we aren't allowed to discuss emission modifications or emission deletes on here.

Don't know about a DPF only truck. My 2013 DD15 which also has SCR/DEF cost $2700 to replace the DPF filters including both DPF filters (yes it had two of them), clamps and labour.
Mine had 8,000 hours on it when it was time to change them out.
