If he did forced regeneration with computer he should see how temperature was rising on DOC inlet, DPF inlet and outlet. If regeneration was done without codes in about 40 -50 minutes everything is OK with DOC. Cracked DOC will not allow to achieve proper temperature and ECM will throw codes and abort regeneration.
DPF soot plugging can be caused by smoky engine
Bad injector.
Bad valve.
Bad sensor.
Bad turbo.
Bad CAC or dirty air filter. -
Maybe a gallon here and there it does have an oil leak on the front main down by the oil pan gasket.
Now mechanic did mention a very small exhaust leak on the flex pipe that is after the turbo but he said it wont hurt anything. It makes me thing if thats the reason that we are having trouble -
Do you have any coolant loss?
DoubleATrucker Thanks this. -
It's not the end of the world, but it is what it is.
They'll test it all to see if something in the engine is causing the after treatment components to fail.
Then you have some decisions to make. -
Yes both times forced regen was successful and manual regen is algo successful

Kick mechanic as hard as you can. Even small exhaust leak fools exhaust pressure sensor and ECM. Exhaust should be tight on every connections. Between DOC/DPF/SCR cans too.Dave_in_AZ and DoubleATrucker Thank this.

Thank you will have to give them a visit.
What makes me thing it might be a bad sensor is that literally after installing the freshly cleaned DPF and DOC filters it threw all those codes again with in like 15 mins of driving it bob tail no load or trailer. -
haha Thats funny I had been so busy all this time he was working on it I did not go and see him only when he was going to do the forced regens I was there. I will go check out the leak and the sensors ive read some where that the tubes for the dpf differential system can get clogged and cause these codes to go off.
I have been working on trucks for some time now I just do not have the computer to diagnose the rest of the work I can do myselfBoxCarKidd and Snailexpress Thank this. -
No coolant loss at all we occasionally top it off but its very minimal
