You go up to him and state (politely and respectfully ) what you think of his choice.
Do you then drop a dime to his company or let sleeping dogs lie?

There could be a malnourished underrepresented child with a learning disability in that parking space symbolically beeping a distress call in binary and the driver would be responsible for its death.
How many MNURLDSBS children must die before we take action?Lepton1, Mattflat362, gentleroger and 1 other person Thank this. -
I thought we weren’t allowed to hold a cell phone while we were driving on highways.
But if he was backing up in a truckstop it should be ok.
.
Plus maybe his company would fire him and he’ll get a job at your company the next day.Lepton1, Odin's Rabid Dog, Vic Firth and 4 others Thank this. -
I used to do that all the time when i was a yard dog. That’s how you get-r-done!

I really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really don't think that's an offense worth calling someone's company over.

At best I might give him or her a look signifying how much of a moron I think they are, but outside of that I'm not wasting my time calling another persons company for something such as this. Lastly, taking the time to speak face to face with said person is likely to do nothing for their behavior. At best, they'd comply and realize their fault, only to do it again because they're more than likely set in their ways, OR worst case scenario they snap back with aggression/violence, which would then require me to exert physical force resulting in said party receiving an ### whooping, which would likely leave me with a ticket, and or jail time. Moral of the story, shake your head, and move on.

Too many people worried about what someone else is doing.
I'll give a little story,..
While getting gas at a gas station in Fla,.. its like 98% humidity and feels like 110 deg. There is a girl pumping gas while a guy is sitting in the car texting on his phone.
I look over at the guy and shake my head. He rolls down the window like he wants to fight and asks me what my problem is. I tell him what I think of him letting his girl pump the gas while he sits in the AC. He yells,.. that aint my hoe,.. she's my uber driver. And unless she's giving me a discount,.. she can pump her own gas. She looks over and says,.. he aint getting no discount.
Moral of the story. Mind your own business.

How well did he back into the space? If it didn't seem to hinder his ability to back up leave him alone.

This is also a valid way to look at it. To be honest, I don't think I ever even pay enough attention in a truck stop to see what other drivers are doing in the cabs. I navigate my way through the parking lot, I hit the fuel island, top the tanks and split. I guess if I actually spent appreciable amounts of time in truck stops I might notice such things.Dark_Majesty_06 Thanks this.
