Driver facing camera

Honestly my view on the whole extra charges is as always it depends. In this dudes case, it wasnt just the dash cam. He had multiple runins with the police and violent ones, a long criminal rap sheet. Poor driving record and the dash cam vid showing his total disregard for safety was just one more thing that made it worse.

I think what got him is the vid his team driver did of him smirking among a few other things that have popped up that may or may not be true such as the bridge, that he was laughing and jokeing about killing infidels some reports about some heavily negitive comments and such (again rumors i cant confirm and with how contriversal the case is....well).

So this wasnt a driver spilling hot coffee on his lap or scratching his nose. This was a dude with a long and very poor record and multiple negitive runins culuminateing in 3 deaths and blatent disregard for human life. Hence the boosted charges.

Hell for all we know since the case is still ongoing he may have haf illicit substances in his blood or have had an extra log book under the matress so to speak.

You can always petition someone like @MACK E-6 to make it your handle. I got mine after my rather storyed history with paccar motors and my absolute hate for paccars.

 

It's definitely a scary scenario, family. I understand that accidents do happen but when ones actions result in multiple fatalities...

Oh i get what your saying. But this was a pretty specfic case with a dude that has a long record. The 45 years is very much justified. And frankly if you look over the whole case his conduct was beyond disgusting start to finish.

 

Gotta remember you're comparing Florida to Canada. Canada's justice system is completely ####ed.

 

Clearly never spent much time in Canada then I take it.
