I'll second that. If you live in NC the community college route is the only way to go. The program is pretty standardized across the state and top notch......even though it appears the cost isn't given the range in prices. Must be due to the subsidy the state provides based on where you are in the state. I did Davidson county and was 8 weeks, 380hrs and had just over 750 miles in the seat road time not counting range work that was drilled into us until we could almost do the maneuvers with our eyes closed. $854 all inclusive except physical. Much better choice of companies to choose from. In addition to the usual suspect they also partner with many smaller more local and/or regional companies.
Dont lock yourself into a contract with a pos bottom feeder. You'll thank yourself later if you can suck up the cost of doing the cc route if you're in nc
