How long does Schneider require working for them before having them become trainers ? anyone know ????
Also is it all miles to truck or some other pay arrangement ? Thx Cuz
I believe it was at least 1 year? You also have to do special training/testing to be a trainer.
You get paid the mileage,as well as trainer pay for each day the student is on your truck.
You also get $50 weekly every week for every student you train, for 6 months,as long as
your student stays employed with sni.
This is all at what I remember my trainer telling me.Don't hold me to any of it,as its probably
changed since then. You could call in and someone should be able to give you info on it.
Theres also yearly recertification, kinda like the drivers get every year.
SNI requires only 6 months with them before you're eligible to become a TE. Assuming, of course, that you haven't had any preventable accidents, or citations.
