P20EE00 DTC Fault Code
Code Meaning
The efficiency of the SCR NOx catalyst is below the threshold (row 1)
P04 codes are egr related
P245700 Coolant efficiency of the exhaust gas recirculation system is below the threshold value
I would get a laptop from ebay or somewhere with jpro and volvo tech tool on it and a nexiq usb2 interface and you can figure all this out without going to dealer everytime. And don't get the 500$ laptop with software on it. It's all pirated and will not work properly. The real ones cost a bit more but you will be much happier with it.

 

Egr system issues. Need to pull off egr cooler outlet piping and check if cooler is clogged up. Check your turbo’s range of motion. Egr valve, egr diff pressure sensor. All possibilities.

 

I have most of these codes and I noticed boost from turbo barely getting to ~22 psi instead of the usual ~35psi under full throttle. It’s also intermittent, sometimes it gets thru to regular boost. What am I dealing with? Thanks in advance.

 

Codes aside... Just going off what you described with your boost issues. I would say you are looking at cam and rockers problems, my truck did that same thing a year ago and had a few of the same codes youre showing. It was a bad cam and exhaust rockers.

 

Meaning a rebuild?

 

I cant remember if they had to do a full bebuild or not...
