I have a 2005 Kenworth W900 with dual Sheppard Steering Gears. I recently had both boxes replaced, all new lines, new filter, new fluid, new pitman arms and drag links installed. Problem now is, it will turn left no problem but when trying to turn right it is almost impossible. This is with truck jacked up. When on the ground, it will not turn at all. If we reverse the lines off the master box, it will turn right just fine but not left. The only thing not replaced is the power steering pump. This will be done tomorrow. Any other ideas? Thank for any input.

If you can get a pressure gage to see what pressure the lines leading to each box are getting when you turn the steering wheel?

Why were the original steering gears replaced?
Are there three hydraulic connections on the slave gear? -

I have issues with stiff steering from factory,2022 with 90k miles on the truck. Drove other trucks and feel way easier to turn than mine. I have dual Sheppard but not sure how to fix the stiff steering, after i replaced my tie rod 10k miles ago it felt little better. How do I fix this heavy steering issue?
