DUI on caffeine? Well, that's it then. Most of us will be losing our licenses before the end of the year.

Hope they got that new crop of young, healthy, clean living souls eager and ready to get out there and work for minimum wage (or less).

Perhaps the defendant can counter-sue; suggesting the agent came to an unreasonable conclusion due to the fact she was under the influence of PMS/didn't get sex/was asked for sex/woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

I was surprised it made it that far until I saw where it happened....What should've happened, in a "normal" State that is, is the judge should've immediately dismissed the "case", make the County reimburse the defendant for all his monetary expense, and bring the DA up on a prosecutorial misconduct charge, but alas, Cali, the hollyweird land of left wing commies and nut jobs....
