Eaton 10 spd smart shift auto issue

Ive been having this issue on my 2008 cascadia DD series 60 with a smart shift automatic transmission.

when the truck is cold, i accelerate just fine. But after a minute. From a stop, the truck jerks really hard when i accelerate. It will eventually go but jerks really hard, then shifts fine after that.

another thing is, when i am braking and the truck is down shifting, i dont know if its my shaft still spinning but my truck jerks hard right when i get to a stop.

Have u guys had this experience before? Was it the clutch?
