Nada, until you. I rarely use it though.
-
Can't imagine they would.
That would be a huge nightmare.
If they disable it, I predict they will turn it back on pretty quickly. -
Supposedly, They got in some big DOT trouble with drivers going back through the week and editing times to gain more hours after the fact. I use it because I will forget to take myself off of on-duty after finishing a task. I seem to do this on a daily basis.
The fleet message we got out of Phoenix said as soon as they can figure out how to do it . It will happen.jeepnut_nh Thanks this. -
Instead of disabling, why not simply require drivers to approve logs at the end of each day?
Meltom and jeepnut_nh Thank this. -
Well I don't work for Roehl...
But I have also forgottent to change my Duty Status quite a bit.
Can you edit after you Approve them?
We can't...so maybe they n should force the QC to Auto Approve or make it where you guys HAVE to Approve them at least every day. -
Safety will get a ton of phone calls from drivers like what you said because they forgot etc... Otherwise then they are going to have a ton of drivers running out of hours quickly.

Starts April 15th I got the message today. I'm a time ##### so I don't really care
-
The thing that gets me in that message is the part about low errors with the paper logs. Well yeah, because when I'm drawing a line for my time I don't just forget I'm doing it, and keep going across the whole page.
-
They better get someone(s) ready to take call at nights with the ability to change logs. Oh, wait, they'll just allow the dispatchers to do it. This could get very interesting. Maybe I should shoot John a message and see if he wants to hire me to do call for logs.
