    Scare me.Just the other day an old couple pulled out right in front of me in their old lincoln town car, i smoked the trailer tires,thank god i was empty.today i was behind one(4 wheeler),good following distance and they hit the brakes and stopped on a dime then they put the turn signal on! Makes me wonder about elderly truck drivers!

    and why do they all drive land yachts? Little old lady in a 4,500# car is scary. I had one come to a complete stop in front of me on the onramp to I99 like it was a stop sign and waited until all traffic was gone.

    Belly you actually will stop sooner and with more control with a loaded trailer than an empty trailer. I do however agree about the elderly driving. They maynot be in more accidents, they do cause more accidents.
