So I parked for a couple hours and took a nap. Woke up to these screens on my truck saying "ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PROBLEMDETECTED. SHUTDOWN IN PROGRESS". Codes showed SPN 1231 FMI 9. Check/Stop engine lights came on and truck wont run for more than 30seconds. I had the wiring harness replaced a few months back at the dealership so Im thinking that isnt the issue. Bought a new ACM from Freightliner, had it programed, installed it.

Now, my ACM codes are gone and Im getting SPN1231 FMI 2 Count 7 MCM CAN1 Signal missing showing on the J Pro....after my new ACM and wiring harness. But my dash still shows the original codes...

The mechanic that came out said that the dealership probably missed a parameter and thats why Im still getting an issue. I have my doubts about these guys, but they are the only game in town. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Ive been sitting for 2 days now.

    EDIT: I'm in a freightliner cascadia 2018 with a DD15/DT12

I dunno about nowdays since I came home in 2010, but it used to be that after getting codes, to get going again (to a shop to get fixed, blah blah blah) you could disconnect the main battery cable for a couple minutes then hook back up and would clear codes long enough to get it started. Of course the codes are going to show back up, but if the ecm ain't shutting the motor down, drive it to a shop.
