engine break problem

HOW FAST DO THEY LET YOU RUN

 

I hope it is no more than 63! Yikes!.......Scary is the thought that we share the road with thousands of drivers just like that!

Was it that mysterious lever on the right side coming out of steering column that magically slows you down and says "Not for parking" on it.....?

 

Let me get this straight...
You drive a 80,000 lb. Truck

You don't do pre trip/post trip because you think it's someone else job.

You drive not knowing your HEAD lights don't work.

You get in a truck you don't know and don't spend the time to find ALL the switches and what they do.

Got it.... now tell me what state you run in so I can avoid it...

 

Jake on low, stage 1 not 3?
Maybe exhaust brake not a actual jake
Brakes out of adjustment?
Descending to fast?

 

I'm just.....wow......I honestly don't know what else to say. Remember guys...we're out on the road with drivers like this. If that isn't a sobering thought I don't know what is...

 

Bingo! I was thinking the same thing!

 

I laugh when I read that but sadly it's probably exactly right...
