EPA clamping down

We are hearing more talk in Canada too that MOT at the scales will also be plugging in looking for tuners and any deleted after treatment devices as part of the road side inspection. Enforcement is basically non existent at this point, but don't bet it will stay this way for too long.

 

This is a big supplier of these tuner in the diesel pickup market and a main supplier of a side business i am partners in, here is the news we got on monday!!!

After the EPA went after the engine manufacturers in 1997 I am suprised that they haven't started hauling companies that sell the tuners to court before now. If they can shut the coal industry down, the small ecm software programmer won't survive very long. Look at where we are with CARB.

Thank CARB also, so we get to run this crap that makes the trucks not run good, yes this from a state where, because of what they have had to put on diesels, the trucks are actually CLEANING the air. All of you in CA need to send them a bill for cleaning their air. And this from a state that worries about diesel smoke but you cna smoke all the pot you want and it's ok.
