Erratic cruise/speedo problem

Problem solved. Mechanic said he found the yoke was so loose it was able to be spun by hand. Something like that anyway. Was after he looked at it for the second time, however ... The screw up was I thought this had already been ruled out the first go around. All is better now though. Appreciate everyone's input.
