As said earlier, if you get a positive then "immediately" get a second test. $100.00? Labs do make mistakes but not very often. Then lawyer up. Lets see how fast the employer/lab backs up the truck on your erroneous positive test.

 

I tell you what, if I took a test and came up positive for something I did not do, I would tear the roof off the building.

Looks to me like they got samples mixed up. If humans are involved, mistakes are possible. I would contact a lawyer and see what they say. Best of Luck -

This is correct....this is the lowest cost way to get a bad lab test redone correctly. Do this or you will not drive a truck.

Some companies will list your orientation time as employment. Pretty sure all the megas do it, so that may not work. The OP should pull his DAC and look at it before deciding what to do.
