    I would argue that any carrier with a “refresher course” available is without question less than reputable.

    Small company’s are the way to be. These large company’s no matter how “good” people say they are, are still just Corporations worried about their bottom line. The employee’s are never on top of the list.

    I would argue the other way. TMC Des Moines for one example is less than reputable? I did not say anything about dealing with megas or large corporate carriers. Small company options are great, but they are not always an option. Furthermore many larger mid size fleets provide perfectly respectable driving options with security and fleet options.
