    Hey Y'all, I'm an O/O and have been OTR for almost 2 years. I started as a company driver with a mega and bought a truck through them. Truck will be paid off in a few months so I am looking to better my position. So my MVR is spotless, work history is good, plus have stuck out the two years with my first company. I have a 2011 Cascadia with about 620,000 miles on it. What I am hoping to do is drive out of the Chattanooga/Knoxville area to the Midwest and back and be home most weekends. Then sometimes I will stay out and run for a bit. Currently I stay out 30-50 days but am looking to better my hometime now that I have good experience. I would like F2F drivers to chime in and tell me what they are experiencing and doing and what I can do to be successful there. Thanks!

    Thanks I will. When u called their driver development department they said to talk with the drivers too.

    Wanted to post this earlier but didn't want to take the thread in a tangent.

    I have a question. I assume you got the truck through a lease purchase program, so how can did you make it through a lease purchase when everyone knows that these are setup to fail?

    I'm asking because I hear all these very horrible bad things and would like to hear the positive about L/Ps.
