i am no way sticking up for prime---but they are doing a bit of a favour---with bmi---its telling you that you may not be healthy--i know that sometimes the bmi index doesnt work with all people--
but driving truck --i think most people gain weight--or it least moves around to where it shouldnt be--its very easy to live a crappy lifestyle with food and exercise
i have two stents to prove it---5'10"--165 at the time -
LOL it might LOL
I dated a guy with a plate in his head and one in his left ankle. We had to dance backwards. ROFL
BACK ON TOPIC
Can you explain his changing bmi facts? What is it here that I'm not understanding? -
I don't think you fall under that anyhow, I was wrong. That not withstanding, to be denied a job simply because of your weight is wrong. Kind of like saying, hey, you are black, you can't work here. If you are capable, you should not be denied employment.

well im 230lbs and 5'11" so id probly fail that test. no i wouldnt consider myself fat and alot of people might not either, id have to say if i lost 15-20lbs id be in ####### shape but who cares. i fail the test move on and work somewhere else or if you cant pass it and its a problem then drop some weight and get in shape. if you fail a test its not the companys fault! they have set rules and standards and if people dont like them then oh well someone else can comply with them if you wont.

No, it's not the same as color. Nor is it the same as a missing leg, or stuff like that. Weight can be changed and all they're asking is that potential employees that do not have a healthy weight and BMI have an apnea study done prior to hire.
As a VASTLY overweight woman.......I know I can change my weight if I really want to.lonewolf4ad and TeeJay589 Thank this. -
