Fedex freight

Worked for fedex freight year and a half, good benifits poor management. Never any trouble until the end, saw many things happen there. Did my job and stayed to myself. Saw two drivers chest to chest yelling and cursing each other both suspended three days. One driver pushed another driver two times, told him to get off the computer turned in nothing done. Sevreal drivers droped trailers four or five times write up still there. Recently driver takes out dps highway patrol car ticketed for excessive speed suspended three days. Had a driver almost hit me sevral tims in his truck, went to management twice never anything said or done. Almost hit me broadside one night told him things were going to get bad between us. He called me out and said lets do it now, I told him if thats what you want to do we should just clock out and leave the property. Three and a months later i get releaved of duty three weeks later terminated. Had witness that he called me out never even talked to him, took his word that he never said a thing to me. Drivers will stab you in the back just to move up a spot. Don't try to go up the chain they won't let you. If you choose to go to work for them good luck and watch your back.
