Sometimes you may just have to put him in his place... for the most part, when I start barking, he backs off and rethinks the situation. Then next time I hear from him, all nice again.
Then there are times like today, books a cheap load and expects miracles, so I again have to inform him, just ain't gonna be able to do it. ....

    Thanks gear jammer....
Yeah I'm usually a quiet driver, fly under the radar and keeping it on a positive note
As you know this can be taken for weakness

Have you considered requesting a new dispatcher? That's what I did at a previous carrier. When they said no, I gave them the keys. Your FM is your lifeline. If you can't trust them, it's going to be a problem.

..... It's not the end of world yet
Some folks like to point out mistakes other make
Must be some kind of mental health problem I guess
..... So I'm just going to be a sport for alittle while with this dispatcher and see if things get better
If not, guess I'll start putting apps out at a few prime jobs, I need a more solid company anyway
Getting too old for fly by night outfits

    Dominick253 and taxihacker66 Thank this.

This guy is new to dispatching, he was a driver so you would think he would know better than to give driver some $@#&:)
But I think he is out to put a feather in his hat with management

    Dominick253 Thanks this.
