Anything you can do legally? I doubt it. Learn from the experience and move on.
And get your stuff out of your truck ASAP. Things disappear.

Go back to the terminal. Tell the owner to take his F'd up freight, his F'd up equipment, his F'd up pay, his F'd up dispatch, and shove them all up his wife's ###.
And make sure you say thanks. -
My point is simple. If you have an employee that is unhappy, they tell you why they’re unhappy, and you do nothing to change it, then they call you out on it so you decide to be even worse than before, how is that a successful business model? And why am I being accused of being the bad guy for standing up for myself?Badmon, Lonesome and Speed_Drums Thank this.

You're expecting way too much from your employer. I'm not saying that you're wrong but do you really think that the company will change the way they're doing things because of the complaints from one man? Maybe they should but they probably won't.
It's obvious that your employer doesn't want to hear what you have to say. He doesn't hear you now and he won't hear you in the future either. That's his problem and since it's his company he can blunder ahead any way he wants to...even if he's wrong.
If he won't listen to reason, get yourself another job.
From what you've told us so far you don't have a legal case, just a crappy job. You can change that.Knucklehead, bzinger, 650cat425 and 4 others Thank this. -
"Happy" is a completely undefinable term.. and there is absolutely no way that a company can make anyone happy... BUT if someone becomes an absolute burden that NO ONE wants to deal with anymore, they usually get what they get. There is absolutely two sides to every story. Do I buy yours OR the companies? No! There are not absolutes and no truths.. especially on the internet .650cat425, TheLoadOut and buddyd157 Thank this.

NEVER...be anyones puppet

I asked because I want to be petty and go out in flames. I already have another job waiting for me or I wouldn’t have put my two weeks.
-
The company I was previously with made me very happy. Only reason I left was because I wanted to company that was closer to home. Being out two months at a time got old after awhile.650cat425 and TheLoadOut Thank this.

Hey, two weeks after you leave they won't even remember what you look like. Or what you did.Badmon, Lonesome, SoulScream84 and 4 others Thank this.
