Is truck leased to a carrier,. Does it pull dry van, reefer dump trailer hopper. Where do you run where are you from.run off the boards, What do you haul, Answers to the questions will surely help you. Not saying you need to give any secrets away.An add in a truckstop or local paper can be a good source.Or an add here on TTR.

that really is the magic question without an answer lots of carriers spend a lot of money on HR and recruiters and are not very good at it "high turnover rates" being the normal result. my first thought is the position you are offering a job worth keeping or just another run of the mill paycheck job when you answer that honestly to yourself then I think you will know your starting point.

Personally, I think getting into a buisness that your not full aware of, Is a mistake, Are you gauranteed to fail? no, are you at a higher risk to fail? Yes, I hope you find a good, honest driver, Here's a great question? do you offer bennefits? what the rate of pay? what kind of equipment do you have?

Most of those kind of drivers either have their own truck or have a company job making good money. Any chance you could drive it yourself?
