Ok, time for an update!! Second week in. This has been a hell of an experience to say the least. The bus ride was the worst. I never want to see the inside of any bus ever again. Seriously. No sleeping or food for two days. First day was confusing and chaotic. 120 in our class. Just go with the flow. If you don't have your permit with a tanker endorsement, get it. There really is no time to study. I saw many people stress. Don't expect too much from the training dept. they are running a lot of people through this curriculum. They do the best they can. The real info will come from the students from the previous weeks that have moved on and their trainers, new hires, lease operators, etc.. There are tons of great people that want to help and guide you. Literally hundreds between the inn and the millennium. Like these threads with a face. Lol. I have also learned a great deal about the company. Not bad at all. I read so much bad stuff It kinda concerned me, but if you like to work and you act like a decent human, you will be good to go and the equipment is top notch. I will say, this is a job interview the entire time throughout all phases of your training. Don't be late for anything. On Time is late. Ok enough for tonight, later.

 

Just looking out for the lowest denominator. If you are totally stressed, you won't be able to enjoy the experience. Right on bro!!
