So I've posted on here recently and was very grateful of all the replies I received, I think I've decided that I'm gonna go with Pam transport and opt for their sponsored training and drive otr for them for a year or so. I'm just really curious. During my first year otr, will I be in my own? If not how long would I have a partner? Can I opt to be alone? Or can I opt to have a partner? Is there a short period of time where I'm required to have a partner like for a month then the companies usually have you go on your own? Thanks for the insight :)

    T.wants.to drive. Thanks this.

If you have other options, don't go with PAM.

You'll go thru training for like 175 hrs which adds up to about 6 weeks with a trainer. Then you'll test out and get qualified. If you still don't feel comfortable going solo you can ask if you could be with trainer a little while longer.

    Ultratowel Thanks this.

I'm mostly just looking for a company that can sponsor my training here in Orlando Florida though, with zero upfront costs. If there's any other that you might be able to recommend I'd love to hear them.

When I registered my account, the captcha said "I'm not a robot" next to the box you click.

I was too lazy to think of a name..........so that was good enough.
