I promised I would use some of my Christmas bonus for upgrades to my truck. I'm new to driving, so be nice.

I have the mounting bracket for a flat screen. So far, I've been using my phone to watch TV. We have a few Roku's at home and I have a few streaming subscriptions, one of which I can use on my phone (Paramount+). Works okay as I have unlimited data.

I think it's time to install a screen, but need recommendations. I know they make Roku-ready screens. Thought about getting a portable DVD player as well. Or just use my laptop to stream.

What would you do? What setup do you have in your truck. Like I said, this is all really new to me.

Many trucking companies require their shop install things so their truck isn't damaged by untrained people. As a rule companies don't want anyone to add more holes than the truck came with.

And you can add the Roku app to your Amazon Fire, no cost.
