Hello,
I am new to the trucking industry. I am worried about staying compliant with FMCSA. Does anyone have any recommendations for compliance companies?
I have been talking to Foley services and they seem to offer a lot of great services. Has anyone used them? It is worth $170 per person for the drug consortium? Is the $185 per person worth it for the driver qualification file?
I have also spoke to Global Safety but their service doesn't offer as many things as Foley. I am new and confused. Please share any information that you think would help me with this decision.
Thank you.

I recommend becoming a NASTC member. You get compliance services, drug consortium, and an awesome discount network for fuel, all in one yearly fee.
TallJoe Thanks this. -
OMG it is soooo easy to do this, I never paid for any service.
By the way, I also recommend NASTC for a lot of reasons. -
NASTC looked like a cult to me so I passed. They force you to attend their rituals to become a member or did I read that wrong?

Lmao. Looked like cult.
You will drink the cool aid. -
I am new to the trucking industry as well and am also working with Foley for factoring and compliance!
