    It's covered under EPA and emission laws and not FMCSA. I've seen the regulations, I just don't remember where to go look to find them again...
    Probably right next to the laws governing deleting a truck. :)

    My phone autocorrected repowered. And you guys are right. I was still looking at old guidance that talked of using the VIN to determine if you had a 99 or not.
