Yeah, and you won't like the answer I am about to give but it is simple - don't drive a truck for a living.

This is a screwed up country where the ambulance chasers are advertising that they can collect big bucks from trucks, I get sick knowing that they are even allowed to advertise let alone convince people that even if they cause an accident, they can collect big bucks.

That's not true. The LLC won't protect you if there is negligence or trying to protect assets through a veil.
