Cab latch, Upper and lower, All that unbolts, release arm and handle.

Many thanks to so many previous responses to other questions. I do have another situation that Im dealing with along side the fuel / start problem (which has been the primary focus of my attention, however, I thought I would add this cab latch problem to the mix.

Havent tilted the cab since getting it back from shop. To address the fuel issue Im having, it became necessary to tilt the cab. While the handles have been messed up since purchase, they are functional However now, it appears cab is in a bind? (Pictures will better explain)

Any thoughts on how to get out of this predicament?

Is there a manual lock mechanism? I don't recall a lock. Been 25 years since I tilted a cabover. Mine was air operated I think.
