I have seen that. No information on the getting cdl part though. Costs and the other stipulations that go along with it.

Oh, I though you already have a cdl.
I don't think Freymiller has a cdl school.

I only have a permit. I am in class now. I just hate amazon that much that I would be willing to just take a mega and that crap to hurry the processes up. My 1:20am to 11:50am work hours are a super burden

Mega's are ok. Don't believe all the hype about them being horrible, because they're not. If they were so bad, they wouldn't still be in business.

This. A number of them will get you your CDL and then you just have to drive for them for a year and there's no payback. In the process you get your year of experience and can then go wherever.

A lot of doors open up once you have a year under your belt.

Agreed. You just have to pick the one that works best for you.

I trained with Roehl Transport and did the year with them. I enjoyed it and would do it again.

I agree with the other fellas. I see no difference as to which way you get your CDL. Either route, it'll behoove you to stay with your first company for a year. It's nothing wrong with going through a private school, or going with a mega. Just learn everything possible, and when you get your truck, focus on honing your skills.

Vic Firth and Kyle G. Thank this.
