Can anyone tell me about Frontier out of Indianapolis? And do they offer a lease purchase?
Probably going to Dart?? But checking option's!! Have a friend there and he like's it more than the other's he's been to!

Here's what I can tell you about them. They haul cheap freight, they have mostly old junky equipment leased to them they are all O/O company and fleet owners. They run short haul regional. There safety record sucks. Oh i did hear that they were just bought out though.

I worked for Trans-Corr which is the same as Frontier (brothers) and it was very hard to make money. They both paper goods (roll stock, scrap paper and cardboard) so the loads are very heavy. You will do short haul work and bring home maybe $900 a week after fuel using your own truck. Not very good

I was leased to Frontier for a year. It is cheap and heavy frieght. I ran mileage and had to run hard to get 2,200 miles in 5 days that i was running. At the time with fsc I was getting 1.37/mile. I left for what seemed to be a better opportunity that didn't work out. If needed I would lease back on with frontier until something better arose.
