Fudging the speed limit

    Nope didn't say I was forced to do anything. But had the slower vehicle moved to the right as prescribed by the law then I wouldn't have needed to try & pass him in order to maintain my progress in the lane I felt was the safest to be in. The other driver driving well below the posted speed limit should have been ticketed for obstructing traffic.

    You can say you have never been over the speed limit all you want but I don't believe it to be the truth. Think you are just on here being a pompous ##### trying to argue with people.

    My wish for you is that you suffer a severe hamstring injury while goose-stepping your way around your little world.

    You can not control others actions.

    You chose to attempt a pass.

    You chose to exceed the speed limit in doing so.

    You chose to admit your guilt.

    You are now saying you will ask to have a judge declare you not guilty because another persons actions caused you to make those decisions.

    Did I miss anything?















    Good didn't think so my opinion stands.You are wasting the courts time.
