Gaining Hot Shot Experience ???

    All of the Hot Shot Companies I have called lately require 1-3 years experience. How do I gain experience if no one will hire me on ???

    Lie!!! Everybody does it. Na really you can keep looking or do your own authority and get all the hands on experience you need. I'm in the LTL field and started out like you GREENER then GREEN!! Don't give up

    Like Bayou Hotshot said lots of hotshot companys looking for drivers right now.

    I'm not sure about the other big two but Acme just requires that you have attended
    a CDL course or school and have a clean driving record. And depending where you are in TX Acme has terminals all over the place there, usually you can find and O/O or fleet owner looking for a driver there.
