how good is galaxy about warranty work i just mailed them backa 2 year old 959 and they claimed they would fix it but i mean how liberal are they about claiming it was abuse because i think it was either power spikes that fried it or a bad final

i had a galaxy many years ago, but i never needed any warranty repairs. i would think that galaxy would fix it under warranty, unless you personally "hacked" the radio.
