Our trailers are speced for us. There's no difference than loading a truck or trailer. We only load 7700 gallons when the trailers will hold over 8000. So no compartments dome out when loading. So we load 4750 up on the truck then move up and finish with 7700 on the trailer. That way we are always under our permitted load and it works a lot better than anything else.

Seems like it would be more work and it would only benefit the company assuming you get paid bye the load takes you longer to do a load cause your waiting on 11000 to drain instead of 8800 and your loading 11000 stead of 8800 just my opinion

Nope, paid by the hour for every minute on the job. I was at $23.50 an hour way back in 97. Maybe that's why the company sold all their downstream operations.

I would like to haul gas in a truck/trailer combo to compare to running a semi combination. I'm guessing I would enjoy the truck/trailer for a few tight stations we have.
